How can I pay?

In your shopping cart, you can choose the payment method. For now, you can only pay by Bancontact/MisterCash (Belgium), iDeal (The Netherlands) or regular bank transfer (other countries). Paypal is not available yet but will come soon.

Shipping

We ship to Belgium, The Netherlands, France, Germany and UK. These are the shipping costs:

• Belgium: 5,5 euro – free for orders above 150 euro
• The Netherlands: 8 euro – free for orders above 150 euro
• France, UK, Germany: 11 euro

How long take the delivery?

When you make an order, we ship your order within 2 days after we received the money. For the delivery period, we depend on Bpost (Belgium post). Most of the time the package is delivered within 1 to 3 working days.

Can I return my order?

Of course, we hope that you are happy of your order. In case you’re not happy, you can send your order back. This is at your own cost. * * This is valid for products that we send ourselves. Some products are from a 3rd party. This is written on the product page itself. This can have an influence on the time of delivery or the return policy. Do you have questions about this?
